Got an Idea?
Have you got an idea for a fun ride, event, or dinner?
The Ring of Fire Chapter is a community, and we want everyone involved in the activities that we do. So whether you are a founding member, or a brand new member, we want to hear your ideas. The activities committee, led by our Activities Officer Jason Ducan, is looking for ideas that will make this year fun and involve all members.
So what do you do if you have an idea for a destination, activity, or just want to lead a dinner ride? You can go to the officers page and click on Jason's picture to send him an e-mail. You can talk to Jason at a chapter meeting or during a chapter event. We will frequently ask during the chapter meetings for ideas, ride leaders, or votes to determine the best destination for a ride or event. Don't hesistate to speak up, it's your chapter.

2012 Officers
We'd like to welcome the 2012 Ring of Fire officers and committee members and thank them for volunteering their time and effort.
Remember that these people have volunteered to spend additional time to plan and lead chapter activities and administration, but it takes the entire chapter to be successful. Please watch for opportunities to volunteer as that is where the real fun is. You will get out of the chapter what you put into it and you will find that the memories and friends that you make will last a lifetime.
Though the chapter has a new name, it has been going strong since 2000 and has a rich history under the Rivergate chapter name, which we proudly embrace.
The 2012 Ring of Fire officers and committee members are as follows:
- Director - David Reynolds

Dinner Rides
Our dinner rides begin on the first Tuesday in April and go through the last Tuesday in October. The dinner rides are held every Tuesday Night, Rain
or Shine. We meet at Boswells Ring of Fire and ride from there at 6:30 p.m. to a different restaurant
each week. If you are new to the group or have never attended a dinner ride, you are missing a real treat.
The size of the group changes from week to week but, we always have a good crowd. Each week a
different person leads the ride and we take the most scenic route available. I can't stress enough
how much fun these rides are. It is also a great way to get to know others within the group because it
is a smaller group than the big ride events on the weekend. Remember, if it rains, come on
anyway and we will head out in cars. Plan to attend a dinner ride this year and
I promise you won't be disappointed!!!
Welcome New Members

board, the calendar and all of the other options the site gives
you. If you have questions contact any of the officers or the webmaster they will be glad to answer them.

The Charity our chapter represents

them to obtain the training needed to secure employment
and eventually provide for their families. |
